Volunteer with Us

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING!!

Come make a unique impact at our locally run, grassroots NGO:
  • Our NGO offers long-term help for the kids, over a period of 17 years (for the lifetime of the child during their education). This long-term education results in important sustainable growth and development. This, in turn, results in our students attending university to pursue higher education and career goals.
At Seeds of Hope, volunteers make up the majority of our workforce and are very important to the functioning of the organization. We welcome international volunteers from all over the world and from all backgrounds to work with us on a variety of projects. Volunteers engage in many meaningful activities and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion or age. We need volunteers all-year-round to help at Seeds and although we do not ask for any specific qualifications, a desire to support children's education and develop a basic understanding of Spanish is vital! Whether you’re on vacation in Perú, taking a gap year or career break, or retired, join Seeds of Hope for the experience of a lifetime.
Seeds provides a supportive environment works for 50 local children offering the help and encouragement they need to succeed in the education system.
We raise the standard of their reading and writing and help them to complete their homework. This is crucial as most of the children come from families where the parents must work long hours to support the family and/or cannot read or write themselves. In either case, they are unable to provide the help needed to ensure that the children remain in education until they graduate from secondary school.
